    Thanks to the new LiHD technology, Metabo is the only manufacturer in the world to cover the entire power range from 400 to 3200 watts. Applications that were previously reserved for the most powerful mains-powered machines are now possible cordlessly. The 4.0 Ah battery pack is perfect for all drills, impact drivers and rotary hammers. It is the only 4.0 Ah battery pack with one row of cells and is therefore significantly flatter than other 4.0 Ah Li-ion batteries, 100 grams lighter with improved ergonomics and even more power. The combination of innovative high-performance cells and completely newly developed components of the LiHD battery pack ensures ultimate performance and extremely long use with minimal temperature development. The interaction of many technologies, such as intelligent battery management and permanent electronic individual cell monitoring, ensure a particularly long battery life. The built-in capacity indicator enables permanent monitoring of the charge level. Optimum protection against internal contamination, complete protective coating of the electronics and optimum sealing in the lid construction ensure a long shelf life with virtually no self-discharge. The rubberised exterior of the battery pack ensures a secure, non-slip stand and also serves as impact protection.
