Is your MAKITA device defective? We will assist you and repair your MAKITA tool! Regardless of where you purchased the device, as a licensed service partner, we will repair it in any case. Repairs typically take 2-3 business days in our workshop.
Fill out the form below, print out your shipping label, and send us the device. Please try to describe the problem as best you can in advance so that we can ensure a quick fault analysis.
Please enclose your invoice with the package so that we have proof of warranty. Even outside the warranty period, a repair may be worthwhile. We therefore offer you a cost estimate in advance so that you can decide on the repair.
When your Makita tool arrives at the workshop, Roman takes care of the repair. If the device is outside the warranty period, we will of course also create a quote for you and advise on the next steps.
