The Makita DGA 504 is a very handy, 18 volt, Li-Ion battery-powered angle grinder for cutting discs up to 125 mm in diameter. The AutomaticSpeedControl automatically regulates high speeds for cutting work or high torque for grinding work, depending on requirements. The brushless motor ensures greater endurance, a longer service life and a more compact housing. A restart lock prevents unintentional starts after the battery has been replaced, and an integrated LED warns of decreasing battery voltage and overload.     Ein Kabel, das man nicht zurückbekommen möchte

    Ich habe mir einen 2cv mit einer komplett verrosteten Bodengruppe gekauft und musste viele Teile austauschen und Löcher flicken. Dafür habe ich viel geschnitten, geschliffen und entlackt. Mit der Akku-Flex war das alles kein Problem. Man muss nur darauf achten, dass der Akku voll geladen ist.

    Das Beste an der Flex ist, dass man kein Kabel im Weg hat. Man kann einfach den Akku einspannen, das Blatt wechseln und loslegen. Die Flex liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist gut ausbalanciert. Sie ist zwar etwas schwerer als Modelle mit Kabel, aber das wird durch die gute Balance kompensiert.

    Bisher habe ich nur Metall bearbeitet, aber das hat super funktioniert. Stein und Holz werde ich im Sommer testen. Beim Entlacken habe ich gemerkt, dass Drahtaufsätze effektiver sind als Nylon-Scheiben. Die Flex quält sich mit den Scheiben, aber mit Draht geht es viel schneller und schonender für das Material.

    Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Akku-Flex und freue mich darauf, sie weiterhin für meine Restaurationsprojekte zu nutzen.
