Package or goods received damaged

We take care to ship our tools as safely as possible. However, if the postal service has played football with your package, please contact us directly here. We will definitely help our BROs!

To do this, we will open a case with the respective shipping company and will need some information from you. Some service providers also request photos as proof (yes, super annoying, but those are the rules). You can upload these directly here. A few notes:

  • Make sure that the damage is clearly visible (including on the package).
  • Do not throw away the box or the filling material under any circumstances.
  • Do not open multiple cases with us; we work very quickly and will get back to you.
