Something is missing from my order

Commande incorrecteIf your delivery is incomplete or you are missing something from your order (e.g. a battery or charger), then you've come to the right place. There could be several reasons for this, but they can all be quickly clarified and resolved.

The most common reasons include:

  • Something went wrong during packaging (yes, we're only human, not machines)
  • Part of the order is being shipped from a different warehouse
  • Someone else found your order interesting and decided to help themselves (it happens)

But don't panic! We will of course help our BROs. The packaging process is camera-monitored so that we can quickly track and identify any errors. Please fill out the form below so that we can investigate the case and take further steps.
