    Defekt nach 2 Monaten - Top Service!

    Meine Erfahrung mit der Lunchbox für Handwerker war großartig. Nach nur zwei Monaten war die Lunchbox defekt, was bei einem Artikel für Handwerker nicht passieren sollte. Ich war jedoch positiv überrascht von der Reaktion des Unternehmens auf meine Reklamation. Innerhalb von nur drei Tagen erhielt ich Ersatz, was ich wirklich beeindruckend fand.

    Der Kundenservice war ausgezeichnet und die schnelle Abwicklung der Reklamation hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Deshalb gebe ich der Lunchbox trotz des anfänglichen Defekts 5 Sterne, denn der Service und die Reaktion des Unternehmens waren wirklich top. Ich kann dieses Produkt definitiv weiterempfehlen.

    Unpraktisch

    Ich habe mir diese Tasche/Dose mit Besteck zugelegt, in der Hoffnung, damit meine Mahlzeiten für unterwegs besser transportieren zu können. Leider muss ich sagen, dass sie nicht hält, was sie verspricht. Die Tasche/Dose sind viel zu klein, um eine ausreichende Menge Essen darin unterzubringen. Das Besteck, naja, dafür finde ich keine Bezeichnung. Es wirkt billig und unpraktisch.

    Insgesamt bin ich enttäuscht von diesem Produkt und würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.
