Die Compact Pressbacke der Kontur TH mit einer Nennweite von 16 mm ist ideal für das systemkonforme Verpressen von Fittings in Kunststoffrohrsystemen geeignet. Durch das spezielle partielle Laserhärteverfahren DURA LAZR TEC wird die Lebensdauer der Pressbacke verlängert und ein präzises Verpressen ermöglicht. Dies reduziert den Verschleiß innerhalb der Presskontur und verdoppelt die Anzahl der Presszyklen im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell. Ein optimierter Korrosionsschutz gewährleistet eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität der Pressbacke über ihre gesamte Lebensdauer. Die 3-Bolzen-Gleichlaufmechanik erleichtert das Öffnen der Pressbacke im täglichen Gebrauch (One-Finger-Operation). Die aus hochbelastbarem Spezialstahl gefertigten ROTHENBERGER Pressbacken sind für alle Pressmaschinen mit einer Schubkraft von 19 kN geeignet.
