This minimizes wear and tear and increases the number of pressure cycles by 100% compared to the previous model. Moreover, long-term corrosion protection increases the service life of the press jaws. Thanks to the use of high-strength special steel, these press jaws are suitable for all pressing machines with an axial thrust of 32 to 34 kN.
DURA LAZR TEC process - Partial laser hardening ensures maximum hardening in highly loaded areas. This reduces wear and tear and ensures high contour accuracy. When combined with forged, high-strength and flexible special steel, this new generation of press jaws guarantees a 100% longer service life than the previous generation. Its 3-bolt synchronization mechanism allows the pressing machine to be opened with just one finger. The precisely manufactured contour ensures optimal and secure crimping.
With the carry case ROCASE from Rothenberger, the installer will save time because several cases can be transported simultaneously by simply clipping them together. Moreover, this ROCASE made of ABS plastic perfectly protects the tools stored in it. Besides, they are perfectly packed and ready for transport. This case is equipped with a foldable handle, a holder for a shoulder strap (not included) and a locking eyelet. The set also includes an insert for various Rothenberger press jaws.
