This universal, handy, super-lightweight battery-powered radial press with forced run-off and press pressure monitoring is suitable for producing press joints Ø 10-108 (110)mm Ø ⅜-4". The REMS Li-Ion 22V Technology sets standards in terms of economy and user-friendliness and enables the user to press super-fast in 4.5s with 50% more energy. The automatic locking of the crimping pliers and the automatic return after completion of the crimping process (forced run-off) provide the user with additional safety. The anti-vibration system enables low-vibration, fatigue-free pressing. With a weight of just 3.2kg, this cordless radial press enters a new dimension. It can be used anywhere, freehand, overhead, even in particularly tight spaces. The heavy-duty pressing tongs are made of forged and specially hardened special steel. The pressing contours of the pressing tongs are system-specific and correspond to the pressing contours of the respective pressfitting systems. This ensures perfect, system-compliant and safe pressing. They have a high-precision, machined and precisely rounded pressing contour and therefore significantly lower manufacturing tolerances than cast pressing contours. The TH pressing tongs are suitable for composite pipes such as Zewotherm, Henco or Comisa.
