Product Description:

The filler wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm can be used without having to replace the feed wheel or the die. It has a weight of 1000 g, a spool diameter of 100 mm and a clamping hole with a diameter of 15 mm. It is an unalloyed cored wire with intrinsic protection (FLUX), so no shielding gas cylinder with CO₂ mixture is required. The inherent protection integrated into the wire core makes this cored wire particularly suitable for applications where the use of solid wire in combination with shielding gas would be problematic. A typical example is outdoor welding, where there is a risk of the shielding gas being blown away by the wind, which could damage the weld seam.
