The impact wrench has a die-cast aluminium impact housing for a robust construction that can withstand even the toughest conditions. The integrated temperature monitoring, overload protection and deep discharge protection ensure a long battery life. With an auto-stop mode in anti-clockwise rotation, which stops the turning and impact movement 0.2 seconds after the screw or nut has been completely loosened, this impact wrench offers maximum precision and safety. The electronically adjustable speed in 2 stages enables optimum adaptation to different applications. The Makita TW 161 D is very handy and has a short design of just 150 mm, which makes it particularly easy to handle. It is also equipped with a powerful double LED light, which ensures optimum visibility in dark working areas. Thanks to the deep discharge protection, the tool switches off automatically when the battery is almost empty to ensure a long battery life.
