The DPB 183 cordless band saw from Makita is very robust thanks to its stable bridge construction with aluminium frame. The saw blade of the cordless band saw can be changed quickly and without tools thanks to the quick-release fastener. The band saw is ideal for cutting pipes and profiles up to a size of 66 x 66 mm quickly and without sparks. With the adjustable band speed, optimum results can be achieved for different requirements. The brushless motor enables a compact design that makes the band saw very easy to handle. In addition, the low power consumption of the brushless motor ensures a longer running time with one battery charge. The integrated electric motor brake protects the user if the tool jams. The saw blade can be adjusted precisely and easily using a screw.
