The Makita BS001G cordless belt sander is characterised by its user-friendly and comfortable handling. Equipped with a powerful 40V max. drive, this device enables precise control of the belt speed thanks to a speed setting that can be adjusted in five stages via an adjusting wheel. The handle of the belt sander can be adjusted without tools, allowing the user to always find the optimum working position and thus ensuring optimum weight distribution. A bright LED is integrated for improved visibility of the work area. In terms of dust extraction, the belt sander offers two options: direct collection in a securely lockable dust bag or efficient extraction by an AWS hoover connected via Bluetooth, thanks to the Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS). XPT technology, short for Extreme Protection Technology, ensures optimum protection against dust and splash water even under difficult conditions.
