Der Makita 9237 CB ist ein 1200 Watt starker Rotationsschleifer mit 180 mm Durchmesser. Er eignet sich ideal zur Oberflächenbearbeitung von Lack, Holz, Metall und Naturstein. Der Rotationsschleifer besitzt einen Saftanlauf und Konstantelektronik, zudem einen elektronischen Überlastschutz und eine elektronische Drehzahlvorwahl in 6 Stufen, die über ein Stellrad von 600 - 3000 min-1 eingestellt werden können. Die Drehzahl läßt sich über den Elektronik-Schalter über den gesamten Stellbereich von 0 - 3.000 min-1 fein regeln. Seitlich angebrachte Schutzgitter, an den Lüftungsschlitzen, verhindern das Eindringen von Staub und Schmutz in das Innenleben der Maschine.
