The mobile cross-cut station from KREG revolutionises the cutting of workpieces with the flexibility of a hand-held circular saw. It enables wider workpieces to be cut to length that are not possible with conventional cross-cut saws - up to 305 mm wide at a 90° angle. For angle and mitre cuts from 0° to 45°, the adjustable stops ensure precise results. The station has an MDF base and a SureCut back panel, which serve as sacrificial wood and thus guarantee splinter-free sawing edges. The base also indicates the cutting line, which further increases accuracy. The removable material supports that can be folded out to the side are particularly practical, making it easier to work with long workpieces and enabling precise cuts. These supports can simply be folded back into the cross-cut station after use, meaning they do not take up any additional space. The mobility of the cross-cut station is a further advantage; it can be set up quickly and stowed away again just as easily, making it ideal for use in different locations. The technical highlights include the precise guidance options for cross-cut saw cuts with a hand-held circular saw, the easy adjustability of the angles thanks to the moulded-in angle indicator and the use of clamping claws that hold the workpiece securely in place during the cut.
