The floorboard screw from HECO-UNIX-top has been specially designed for flooring work. Its full thread ensures a contraction effect owing to its variable screw pitch. As a result, it reliably pulls the flooring planks onto the framework and guarantees gap-free installation. The screw's coating is also fixed axially by the thread, preventing annoying squeaking noises. The head, which is specially designed for this purpose, is also easy to drive in. The countersunk ribs on the underside carefully press the head in without splicing the wood on the edge of the screw. Pre-drilling during assembly is no longer necessary, and the HECO-UNIX-top floorboard screw also meets the highest aesthetic demands.
