Ich habe ein 16 SCA Ladegerät und einen 8,0 mA Festool Akku bestellt. Sowohl das Ladegerät als auch der Akku kamen unverpackt an. Der Akku war in Normalpapier eingewickelt. Das Ladegerät befand sich in einer Plastiktüte. Sehr unprofessionell von Ihnen.
