    Produktbeschreibung:

    Aufgrund der Verbindung von Titan und Stickstoff ist das Hartmetall-Tauchsägeblatt die richtige Wahl für harte Materialien wie Eisen-Metalle, Edelstahl oder Kupferrohre. Die Tin-Beschichtung macht das Sägeblatt selbst für gehärtete Schrauben (Spax) und hochfeste Maschinenschrauben einsetzbar. Aber auch für abrasive Werkstoffe wie Ziegelstein, Mauerwerk oder Zementfaserplatten sowie Laminat, CFK (carbonfaserverstärkter Kunststoff) und GFK (glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff) ideal geeignet. Des Weiteren besitzt das Sägeblatt eine gute Schneidleistung und Schnittqualität in allen Holzwerkstoffe wie Hartholz oder Spanplatten. Es weist eine 100% höhere Standzeit gegenüber unbeschichteten Hartmetall-Sägeblättern, sowie eine 30-fach höhere Lebensdauer im Vergleich zu HSS-Sägeblättern. Neben sehr hohen Härte, Unempfindlichkeit gegen Säuren und Laugen geht von Titannitrid praktisch keinerlei Gefahr aus da es unbrennbar, ungiftig und darüberhinaus biokompatibel ist. Die schmale, taillierte Form des Sägeblatts sorgt für optimale Schnittgeschwindigkeit und gute Spanabfuhr.
