Das Gerät ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und verfügt über einen LCD Bildschirm. Durch die Hochleistungsklemme kann das Gerät befestig werden und hält auch den härtesten Bedingungen auf der Baustelle stand. Außerdem verfügt das Gerät über einen Magneten zur Montage auf Metallschienen. Das Gerät schaltet nach 5 Minuten Inaktivität des Detektor automatisch ab um den Akku zu schonen. Die Maximale Reichweite beträgt bis zu 50 Meter.
