The DeWalt DCS 565 cordless circular saw is a powerful saw with a very high cutting depth, ideal for use with a guide rail. With its innovative brushless motor technology, it offers higher performance, more compact dimensions, a longer runtime per battery charge and a longer service life. Thanks to the safety electronics, the portable circular saw enables problem-free long-term use as it constantly monitors the battery temperature, current drain and discharge protection. In addition, the electronic motor brake and locking switch ensure safe use. The portable circular saw is versatile, as the cutting depth and tilt angle can be adjusted precisely, quickly and without tools. Precise scaling and fixed catches at 22.5° and 45° make this particularly easy. Precise rip cuts are possible thanks to the precisely adjustable rip fence. The saw blade can be changed quickly and easily thanks to the spindle lock and the integrated installation spanner. The robust, torsion-resistant aluminium saw shoe ensures a long service life. Despite its performance, the portable circular saw is easy to handle and guide thanks to its compact dimensions. Even in poor lighting conditions, the shortened protective bonnet in the front area, the integrated LED and blowing device provide an unrestricted view of the cut. The hand-held circular saw is robust yet lightweight, as the gear housing and protective bonnet are made of high-quality aluminium. The compact and well-balanced design as well as the rubberised, ergonomic handles and additional handles offer safety and working comfort. The portable circular saw is equipped with an Airlock-compatible dust extraction system for efficient dust extraction. The saw blade positioned on the left-hand side enables perfect machine guidance for certain applications. The hand-held circular saw can be used with all 18 V XR or 54 V XR FLEXVOLT batteries.
