    Product description:

    This Forstner drill bit from Bosch offers excellent durability and high precision when drilling adjustment holes. Its bit design creates less friction and heat for longer service life. The precision drill bit features a short centre point, two main cutting edges and a secondary (serrated) cutting edge for immediate results. Its wide flutes optimize quick and easy chip evacuation for fast and accurate cutting. It allows splinter-free drilling of blind holes, oblique drilling and also the drilling of pilot holes, (e.g. for fixing hinges, dowelling and the removal of knotholes). For drilling soft and hardwoods, veneered woods and non-melamine coated chipboard. This Forstner drill bit from Bosch is suitable for all drills with 10 mm drill chuck. Its 3-sided shank prevents rotation in the chuck. Made of special hardened steel to factory standard (DIN 7483G) with a minimum cutting hardness of 50 HRC.
