What we mean by BRO and what we don't mean
Why do we call you BRO? We don't even know who we're dealing with, do we? Pretty cheeky, you might think, but that's not how we mean it.
Let us explain
BRO is not just in our name (ToolBROthers) but also in our DNA. Toolbrothers is a colourful mix of very different people. We don't associate the term with any gender, we don't want to offend or exclude anyone, but have deliberately chosen it to signal that we are not like every other shop. On the contrary: we are close to you – our followers and customers – and whenever we can, we offer the best prices, the fastest and easiest service and try to give the world of tools a family face. You shouldn't feel like just any customer in just any shop who comes in, buys something and leaves. You should feel like a real BRO, who is advised and looked after by his tool BROs. We associate the word BRO with a special feeling of closeness and openness; no political, societal or social discussions, which are certainly important and valid, but belong on a bigger stage than our TB Werkzeug Outlet. That's why, no matter who you are, where you come from, how you identify yourself, how you live or how you feel: With us, you're not a stranger, you're a ToolBROther.
