With every purchase you make, you receive one BROpoint for every 1€ spent (excluding shipping costs), which you can redeem on your next purchase.
Questions about the BROclub
How do I sign up?
No passwords, no lengthy registration process! Simply log in here with your email. To log in, you will receive a one-time code to your email address each time. This way, you don't have to remember passwords and have the highest level of security.
How do I collect BROpoints?
To collect BROpoints, you can complete various tasks. By default, you receive BROpoints equal to the value of your purchase. So, every 1€ = 1 BROpoint (excluding shipping costs). From time to time, there are also specials or other tasks, such as rating products from your order.
How do I redeem BROpoints?
You can either secure tool rewards or redeem points for cash with your order. To secure tools, check here.
To redeem BROpoints for discounts on your purchase, select the number of points you want to exchange for discounts in the checkout under the "Redeem Your Points" tab. BROpoints can only be redeemed with orders. Cash payout is excluded.
I redeemed my points, but didn't use the discount.
If you have redeemed your points for discounts, they will be debited from your account and, in return, a personal voucher code will be created. If you do not redeem the code after all, it will be available to you for your next purchase. You will also receive the code again by email and, when you are logged in, it will be visible in the BROclub area.
