Ob Holz oder Dämmstoffe, die Schwertsäge UNIVERS SSU 200 schneidet alle gängigen Materialien im Holzbau bis zu 200 mm Dicke. Dank der Führungsschiene ( nicht im Lieferumfang ) gelingen gerade Schnitte, ausrissfreie Kapp-, Längs-, Gehrungs- sowie Schifterschnitte problemlos. Die Schwertsäge wiegt nur 6,5 kg und ist in der SYSTAINER SYS 5 T - LOC komplett verstaut , somit sind mobile Einsätze auf Baustellen oder Montage ohne Weiteres möglich. Durch den Schwenkbereich von 60° ist die SSU 200 sogar für extreme Gehrungschnitte geeignet. Durch die integrierte Führungsnut im Alu - Druckgusstisch sind in Verbindung mit der Führungsschiene ( nicht im Lieferumfang ) exakte Zuschnitte möglich, genau das wird im Holzbau benötigt. Durch das Sichtfenster in der Schutzhaube hat man den Anriss und Schnitt immer im Blick und somit die bestmögliche Kontrolle. Die Schnitttiefe bei 45° beträgt 140 mm, bei 60° beträgt sie 100 mm. Die FastFix Funktion ermöglicht einen werkzeuglosen Kettenwechsel mit wenigen Handgriffen, sogar die Kettenspannung am Gerät erfolgt werkzeuglos durch Drehen des Spannrades. Das materialgerechte Arbeiten ist dank der MMC Elektronik gewährleistet, welche die Drehzahlregelung dem Material anpasst. Der Überlastungsschutz und die Sicherheitsbremse schonen die Maschine und bieten hohe Sicherheit. Durch die Ölstandkontrolle weiß man immer wann Kettenschmiermittel nachzufüllen ist. Am Handgriff befindet sich ein Drehrad, mit dem man die optimale Kettenschmierung einstellen und auch für Pausen abstellen kann. Durch die werkzeuglos montierbaren Führungsbacken ist kein Spiel vorhanden beim Führen der Säge, dadurch entstehen präzise Schnitte auf höchsten Niveau. Das FS - Rapid Spannsystem hält die Führungsschiene ( nicht im Lieferumfang ) dort wo sie hingehört - am Anriss. Durch die Anlaufstrombegrenzung ist ein problemloser Start der Maschine bei Haushaltssicherungen möglich. Eine gesunde Arbeitsumgebung wird durch den Anschluss von Absaugmobilen gesichert.
