The specially developed, variable undercut ensures a very smooth countersinking process. This produces a precise, round and chatter-free countersink surface and therefore guarantees the best results. Specially developed chip space parameters, such as rake angle, transition radius and the extra wide flute, ensure optimum chip and heat removal and thus enable very high wear resistance. The new geometry also counteracts material welding and reduces countersinking forces enormously. Significantly less feed force is now required during the countersinking process.
