Eligible to participate are natural persons residing within the European Union who have completed their 18th year of age. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are valid reasons.

Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize

Only the product that is expressly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video will be given away as a prize. Other products, aids, accessories, or other items from the video are expressly not part of the giveaway.

The determination of the winners takes place immediately after the participation deadline as part of a random draw among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). Following this, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize.
