The Makita DHR 243 (Black Edition) Cordless Rotary Hammer is a powerful combination hammer with SDS-PLUS chuck and safety clutch. This versatile tool is perfect for Drilling, Hammer Drilling and Chiseling. 

With a single impact energy of up to 2.0 Joule and a drilling capacity of up to 24 mm in concrete, this rotary hammer provides the necessary power for demanding tasks. The built-in deep discharge protection ensures that the device switches off automatically when the battery is almost empty, to ensure a longer battery life. The quick-change chuck allows for quick and easy changing of the drill bit or chisel, so you can work efficiently.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany who have completed their 18th year of age. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at their own discretion if there are valid reasons.

Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize

Only the product is raffled as a prize which is explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such prize in the corresponding video. Other products, tools, accessories, or other items from the video are explicitly not part of the raffle.

The determination of the winners takes place immediately after the participation deadline within the framework of a random draw among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the corresponding blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Thereupon, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will only be handed over to the winner and only to his place of residence located in Germany. Costs incurred for the shipping of the prize are covered by the operator. It is not possible to receive the value of the prize in monetary form instead of the product.

After the announcement of the winner, the winner must contact Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH within two days (48 hours) using the email address given in the announcement and provide us with their address. If the winner does not contact us within a period of two days, a new winner can be drawn. 

Termination of the Giveaway
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent a planned procedure of the giveaway.

By participating in the giveaway, the customer agrees that their social media nickname will be publicly announced on our blog in case of a win. Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available for their use without consent.
