The duration of our giveaways is based on the period set and published in the blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online. 

Participation
To participate in the giveaway, a comment under the giveaway video is required. Furthermore, you can subscribe to our channel so you don't miss any more giveaways and to increase your chances of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the drawing.

Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons residing within the European Union and who have reached the age of 18. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at their own discretion if there are justified reasons.

Prize, Notification and Prize Delivery

Only the product that is explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such prize in the corresponding video will be raffled as a prize. Other products, tools, accessories, or other items from the video are explicitly not part of the raffle.

The winners will be determined immediately after the participation deadline through a random drawing among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the relevant blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Following this, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their residence located in Germany. The operator will bear the costs incurred for shipping the prize. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.

After the winner is announced, the winner must contact Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH via the email provided in the announcement within two days (48 hours) and provide us with their address. If the winner does not contact us within a period of two days, a new winner can be drawn.
