Eligible Participants
Eligible are natural persons residing in Germany who have completed their 18th year of age. Excluded from participation in the giveaway are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at their own discretion if legitimate reasons exist.

Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize

Only the product is given away as a prize which is explicitly and solely mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video. Other products, tools, accessories or other items from the video are expressly not part of the giveaway.

The determination of the winners takes place immediately after the participation deadline as part of a drawing based on the principle of chance among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). Thereupon, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize.
